This work aimed to analyze the working conditions and associated dysfunctions in a medium size hospital during COVID-19. The objective is to identify the root causes of the dysfunctions linked to working conditions. A face-to-face survey targeted the leadership at a hospital in north Lebanon. The survey was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the model. The study period began in August and ended in September 2020. Overall, the learners observed the chaos and identified the root causes of the dysfunctions during COVID-19. |
