Abstract: 
In [10] the fi{1C}rst author used Lyapunov functionals and studied the exponential stability of the zero solution of {1C}finite delay Volterra Integro-di{esc}erential equation. In this paper, we use modifi{1C}ed version of the Lyapunov functional that were used in [10] to obtain criterion for the stability of the zero solution of the infi{1C}nite delay nonlinear Volterra integro-differential equation .
