Abstract:
Wireless communication systems can be used to support a lot of industrial applications and much effort has been done to design solutions for this scenario. Actually, an important issue when designing such solutions is the performance evaluation, which requires proper resources for accurate results. This paper then proposes an experimental platform where the devices communicate via wireless and wire network. The results show in term of performance the gap between these two networks.
