Abstract: 
This research’s main purpose is to study the effectiveness of online learning through the perception of accounting students from different Lebanese universities. Understanding their point of view regarding the sudden transition from traditional learning to online learning due to COVID-19. The data was collected through a questionnaire that was sent to 224 Lebanese accounting students comprising 24 questions related to the delivery of the material, the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning and their recommendations for better outcomes. This study will help spread awareness about the issues that the educational system is facing nowadays and will suggest solutions to improve it.
