Abstract: 
The numbers and data provided by the United Nations and World Bank show that the situation of Lebanese women in general and managers in specific is enhancing. However, this does not reveal the reality. Thus, the idea of examining the status of Lebanese female managers. In order to elaborate my concern towards applying an empirical approach, I decided to highlight certain barriers and problems that prevent women from improvement. The result of this paper is that despite high education level and qualifications, women are still under-represented in Lebanese companies.
