Issue Date: | 2015 | Abstract: | We were assigned to execute a project consisting of building a residence building and fence around the property. In addition, to calculating all quantities in order to prepare a detailed BOQ, we were asked to complete a schedule of the works CPM diagram and Gantt chart for the whole project by using Primavera P6. As well as a detailed cost estimate for all works included in the construction of the building from excavation to final finishes, unit prices required for all tasks. This report includes several information about all methods and assumption used in computing quantities, prices, and durations explained in details. The AutoCAD drawings comprise a detailed bill of quantities for the project, and CPM schedule and Gant chart. |
