Scheduling and cost control of a residential building using Primavera

Abstract

This report includes a detailed calculation for quantities, cost, and duration for a residential building in North Lebanon. The criteria for calculating steel and concrete quantity are discussed in the report. The project contains a detailed description of plans (structural and architectural), sections and elevations of the building. In addition to that, is to manage the project by creating a logic relationship among the activities and arranging these activities in a suitable sequence by using the program Primavera 6.0.Moreover, in our project we take into consideration safety issues and rules that should be apply during construction phase.
