Abstract: 
In fast tracked project, a start to start relationship with lag is used between the construction activities when scheduling the total project activities. This may result in delays and additional cost due the presence of different crews in the same space due to the different rates of production. This problem cant be illustrated in Critical Path Method (CPM) method as such as primavera software. A line of balance analysis is required to detect such problems and purpose proper mitigation measure. For that a study case analyses have been done to explain and examine this problem to give suitable and innovative solutions to reduce as much as possible the money and time loss.
