dc.description.abstractVision is the sum of images seen by the eyes in three dimensional ways. Any image has a specific size in the memory of the system; the latter could be compressed or decompressed using several methods. This paper starts with a modern technique for compression called block matching. This technique leads to a high compression rate. Through the block matching technique, the information amount rested is too small, which can be hidden into other image using a technique called watermarking. In the second part of this paper, the watermarking of images will be presented. The Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) is the watermarking technique applied. The results of the compression and the watermarking technique are demonstrated and the system is thoroughly analyzed.en_US
