Abstract: 
People often require a better primal escape to detox and reconnect their innate passion for nature, especially in light of the world's fast-paced technological and industrial growth. Our culture is neglected economically. During the crisis that the Lebanese citizens are facing, the solution is to relive what our ancestors used to work with and benefit from it to rise the economy of the country.
During this crisis, people need to escape from the country’s problems by going into the nature and join activities to learn and entertain themselves. People nowadays lack about the benefits of olives and olive oil either for the health or for the skin. Moreover, the market of olive oil is facing so many challenges.
Introducing the modern and the traditional production process of olive oil to the public and open the groves for the visitor to enjoy a completely new journey, will be the purpose of the project “Into the Olives”.
The project will give the people an experience to learn about the olives and engage with the nature, enjoy many activities while at the same time increasing the economy, offering job opportunities, and attract more people to the site. The motive of the project is educational, entertaining and economical at the same time. This will be achieved by informing the public about the benefits of the olive, offering plenty of activities and functions for different user groups, offering a stay in the fascinating groves, and encouraging people to work in the agricultural field and benefit from the products formed. The project will be an excursion “INTO THE OLIVES”.
