Whaibeh (Eds), Essentials of Telebehavioral Health: A Practical Guide: Springer | Start page: | 119 | End page: | 134 | Abstract: | Incorporating a Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) framework into your TBH program or practice supports not only quality assurance and improvement, but also long-term success and sustainability. M & E can facilitate tracking the progress toward meeting your program goals using identified measures, and can guide program modifications for improved outcomes. M & E can also be used to refine your program goals and the outcome measures used to track the progress toward such goals. In this chapter, we synthesize literature findings on evaluating TBH outcomes and organize them by OPTIC component. In addition, we provide M & E and quality assurance recommendations based on the experiences of the authors and editors in the field of TBH. |
