Abstract:
Drones are evolving rapidly with their usages, while Lebanon still uses them only for fun and photography and few military purposes. The thesis describes all the up to date usages of drones that Lebanon is lacking, and how these purposes help safely, economically, efficiently and with time saving in performing different tasks.
Considering that new equipment are born every day, it is necessary to stop, create a safety plan and implement it before proceeding with a new technology. Thus, before implementing drones usages in Lebanon, a safety management plan is described in three steps of hazards identification, risks assessment and mitigations deployment. Those steps showed that Lebanon is missing a lot of important defenses, and with good planning, risks may be minimized to a level as low as reasonably possible.
