A model of home loan department in Lebanon has been developed by (Dannaoui, Dib, & of Balamand, 2019). In this project, a model considering effects of foreign employment is proposed. Conditions on foreign employment considering loan maturity are found. Sufficient conditions coupled with examples are provided ensuring collapse versus persistency of the system are provided.
