Authors: Messelmani, Khaled AL

Subjects: Bottling machinery--Design and construction
Issue Date: 2013
Abstract:
The main objective for designing the water filling machine for 10L bottles is to make industrial plants perform the assignments of such machines with a lower cost. Lessening the cost of production is by simplifying the design, using the suitable material and decreasing the need and price of maintenance. This is completed by using the right components with a simple geometrical shape and can be manufactured easily, and can be bought from any industrial market. The use of parts that if damaged are easy to change. The design of this machine will permit us to finish the rinsing, filling, and capping processes in the same conveyor with no need to change the speed of the conveyor or to make it stop.
