Abstract: 
The 600 meters square villa situated in Beirut, Lebanon, is a luxurious apartment. The air conditioning, heating and ventilation of the villa will be controlled so that a comfortable area and healthy environment will be obtained. The study will select the machines and accessories needed to fulfill the target of the project needs and to maintain a certain noise level produced from the system. The Villa will be sectioned into zones, living and sleeping areas. This method will increase the system efficiency and decrease the amount of energy lost. Also, a certain standard and specifications for the system will be applied so that a high quality standard will be obtained. Finally, a price estimation will be done on the project to provide the customer a detailed pricing for the items cost and their quantities as well as installation cost.
