Abstract:
Assembly machines are the demands on todays industry and automation field. The reliability on automated machines is very important at many places of manufacturing or in home automated system. In this project, we are going to implement a cake maker machine using bowls to fill the ingredients of the cake, and a blender to mix them. The goal of this project is to create an efficient controlled system that is highly performed and could be executed with less time possible, so maybe an industry would like to invest our work. The project is built with less cost possible, and its equipments are available anywhere which is a special feature. The cake maker contains solenoid valves, a stepper motor, blender, AC motor, and a load cell. The machine is controlled by PLC DELTA DVP-12SE with 2 extensions. The first is a digital extension DVP-16SP with 8 inputs and 4 outputs and an analog extension DVP06AD with 6 analog inputs. The electrical panel contains Finder relays, Mitsubishi contactors, a 24/220V transformer, EM 806 driver, SPS705 power supply, and the delta DOP-B07S201 screen.
