Abstract:
Nowadays energy and power represent one of the main necessities in the world. So, the power outage and the increase in demand of energy day by day have to be dealt with by implementing renewable energy sources. However, these sources must be counted on in a practical way by following all aspects concerning the research work. So, in order to get the required output, these techniques must be applied. In this case, the techniques used as sources of renewable energy are: the power generation from footsteps and photovoltaic system. These systems can be installed in populated areas such as malls and hospitals. The basics of the project are based on the piezoelectric sensor and the photovoltaic cells. So, in order to implement the project, a Plexiglas board is adjusted above and below the sensors, so when the pressure (force) is applied, the magnet fixed under the platform goe into the cavity. The photovoltaic system is about converting sunlight into electricity via photovoltaic. A generator is also used as a backup source to prevent blackout in any unforeseen case. The above techniques made us able to implement such a convenient system which is useful for running home devices. Thus, these methods are very beneficial and practical to help reducing the power failure that can be dangerous sometimes and at some places.
