Calculation for loads and moments was done by using ETABS and the designing was done by using software such as SAFE, S-CONCRETE and AUTOCAD. In addition the calculation was done on the basics of different codes such as ACI-318 for concrete design, UBC foe seismic design and ACES for wind design. In this project the wind load and seismic risk was included into the calculation and the building was design as dynamically element. The report starts by a brief introduction for the project and the assumptions. Then each chapter will introduce an element or steps of design with the procedure followed in addition to the results and the conclusion occurred for each element. At the end, the report will give a complete and final results and design which can be computed as ready project to be executed.
