Abstract: 
The purpose of this study is to learn how to manage a large project by converting it to a list of WBS (Work Break Down) and Scheduling to avoid loss of time therefore to avoid loss of money. And also to learn how to observe and interpret the risks facing the project by identifying major risks and analyzes them to provide proper mitigations that do not seriously affect the project. This thesis is about Millau Viaduct Bridge; its main contents are description of the bridge and breakdown of the activities, qualitative and quantitative risk management with mitigations, distribution graphs and statistics for each activity.
