Abstract: 
This project is a design of a 6 story office building. It includes one-way ribbed slabs, two-way ribbed slabs, one-way solid slabs, intermediate moment resisting frames, shear walls, retaining walls, mat foundation and dynamic analysis. Touma Engineering Company provided the soil properties. ASCE was used in order to get the Live and Dead Loads. All design calculations were based on ACI and UBC 97. ETABS 2013 was used to design frames, shear walls and extraction of dynamic analysis results. Safe 2012 was used to design the mat foundation.
