This report deals with the structural design and detailing of a thirty-one storey reinforced concrete commercial building. The references adopted to compute all the calculations and procedures of the design are the Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete (ACI 318M-11), ETABS 9, SAFE 12, AutoCad 2014. It includes the design of two way slabs, HC Slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, Intermediate Moment Resisting Frames, Stars, rectangular tank, foundation, and piles.
