Abstract:
The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the effects of fast-tracking and resource leveling on a project. The building consists of four stories; each level is divided into two apartments and its located in Nakhleh Al koura, North Lebanon. The estimation of quantities was based on shop drawings and the estimation of rate of productivity was based on on-site surveys. The results will show that there are several paths to execute a project and an engineer has to choose the optimum path that meets the projects constraints.
