Abstract: 
The scope of this project is to design a twenty floor office building with 2 basements located in sin el fil, Lebanon against earthquake. These design codes were used in this project: ASCE7-10, ACI-318M-14. The building is 79.3m above the ground. The floor area of the two basements and the first two floors is 1341m2, and all other floors are 600m2. Once the architectural drawings were in hand. Analysis and structural design were made using "ETABS-18" and "SAFE-16" software. in addition, a dynamic analysis was done using the response spectrum method.
