جهود دولة قطر في تعزيز ثقافة الحوار الاسلامي المسيحي في العمل التطوعي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع العمل التطوعي في دولة قطر، والتعرف على معوقات ومتطلبات توظيف جهود دولة قطر في تعزيز ثقافه الحوار الإسلامي المسيحي الهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر في العمل التطوعي، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين بجمعيات الهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر للعمل التطوعي بدولة قطر، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (93) عاملاً، واستخدم الباحث المنهج المختلط كمنهج للدراسة، واستعان بالاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: 1. جاء واقع العمل التطوعي في دولة قطر بدرجة استجابة (عالية) ، وبمتوسط حسابي قدرة (3.71) ، وانحراف (887) معياري 2. جاءت معوقات توظيف جهود دولة قطر في تعزيز ثقافه الحوار الإسلامي المسيحي (الهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر) في العمل التطوعي بدرجة استجابة (متوسطة)، وبمتوسط حسابي قدرة (2.91)، وانحراف معياري . (.584) 3. أن متطلبات تفعيل جهود دولة قطر في تعزيز ثقافه الحوار الإسلامي المسيحي الهلال الأحمر والصليب الأحمر) في العمل التطوعي جاء بدرجة استجابة (متوسطة)، وبمتوسط حسابي قدرة (2.95)، وانحراف معياري . (.712) وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تنظيم لقاءات دورية مع المتطوعين للتعرف على المشكلات التي تعترضهم في عملهم، وتفعيل دور المجتمع المدني في رفع الوعي الثقافي بأهمية التعايش ونبذ كافة أشكال التمييز

This study aimed to explore the reality of volunteer work in the State of Qatar and to identify the obstacles and requirements for utilizing Qatar's efforts to promote the culture of Islamic-Christian dialogue (Red Crescent and Red Cross) in volunteer work. The study population consisted of all employees of the Red Crescent and Red Cross societies for volunteer work in the State of Qatar. The study sample included (93) individuals, and the researcher used a mixed methods approach, employing a questionnaire as a research tool. The study arrived at several results, the most important of which are: 1. The reality of volunteer work in the State of Qatar was rated as "high," with a mean of (3.71) and a standard deviation of (.887). 2. The obstacles to utilizing Qatar's efforts to promote the culture of Islamic-Christian dialogue (Red Crescent and Red Cross) in volunteer work were rated as "moderate," with a mean of (2.91) and a standard deviation of (.584). 3. The requirements for activating Qatar's efforts to promote the culture of Islamic-Christian dialogue (Red Crescent and Red Cross) in volunteer work were rated as "moderate," with a mean of (2.95) and a standard deviation of (.712). The study made several recommendations, the most important of which were: the need to organize periodic meetings with volunteers to identify the problems they face in their work, and to activate the role of civil society in raising cultural awareness of the importance of coexistence and rejecting all forms of discrimination
