Abstract

In the heart of Tripoli, this thesis explores the changing potential of interior architecture, imagining a vibrant music hub as drive for more community involvement and cultural revival. This project is based on the combination of architectural design and musical elements, with the goal of creating a space that is both functional and dynamic but also preserving Tripoli’s rich culture, where it creates a contemporary and warm space for a musical adventure. The design is a combination of modern and cultural elements which was inspired by Tripoli’s culture. The interior space is designed carefully to fulfill several functions from rehearsal studios, interactive rooms, to performance stages. Such functions promote creativity and build a generation of new artists and musicians. This thesis pictures this music hub as a space that synchronizes past and present, encouraging creativity, unity, and cultural dynamism in Tripoli through a combination of architectural innovation, cultural appreciation, and community engagement.
