This study was conducted to test out the relationship between mental health and well-being (MWB) and work productivity (WP), and to analyze whether certain practices like exercise, gratitude, and meditation moderate this relationship. This study focuses on Lebanese employees facing an ongoing financial, economic, and health crisis in the country. A cross-sectional survey design was used. 148 respondents filled out a questionnaire exploring MWB, WP, and the above-mentioned practices. Results indicate a significant relationship between MWB and WP, moderated only by meditation practice.en_US
