dc.description.abstract | Employee engagement is considered a key component of any company's success. It is the connection between the well-being of employees and their organizational commitment. In hospitals, employees’ engagement has been perceived as an essential factor for better performance and operation. This study is conducted to assess deeper employees’ engagement effect on Lebanese hospitals. Furthermore, this paper explains factors that drive employees’ dedication at work as well as the impact of their commitment on hospitals’ performance. This study is a mono-quantitative study relying on a single data collection method, such as a survey. The questionnaire was conducted online due to corona lockdown. The link of the survey was shared with participants via various social media platforms, such as WhatsApp broadcast, Instagram story, Facebook post, and email. 208 respondents took part and completed the survey. The data was then analyzed using different statistical methods. Findings indicated that employees’ engagement is essential and leads to positive impacts on Lebanese hospitals’ performance. Different challenges exist; however, various strategies and approaches are applied to better control and manage employees at hospitals. | en_US |
