Abstract: 
Noise strategy, waste resources, energy efficiency work, air quality, transport policies, open spaces strategy, water use, communicating and encouraging people acknowledge the importance of environmental actions, and sustainable growth that are essential to the classification of the capital of Lebanon, Beirut as a green city.
This project introduces the green action plan approach that can promote and enhance the sustainability of the ten greenest action plans in Lebanon. The study research suggests the implementation of greener action plan in Lebanon in order to elevate Lebanon’s international standards in construction and methods of project implementation to meet those of Vancouver’s, which allowed the last to be the first sustainable city in the world. A survey will be conducted and the data collected will be analyzed then a correlation analysis will be performed to reveal the relationship between the variable which are noise strategy, waste resources, energy efficiency, air quality strategy, transport policies, open spaces strategies, water use, solid waste management, and awareness to encourage people into environmental actions. The problem is that Lebanon is lacking the proper implementation of a greener plan action that could enhance sustainability in Lebanon).The research will highlight the importance of goals application that can be implemented with the help of NGOs and universities. While, the goal related to waste resources needs and the time to be applied can hinder the proper implementation of this research due to the lack of knowledge, expertise, and familiarity of the human capital skills in the field of greener action plan projects.
