Based on the literature, OPRCC is predominantly present in adult males. OPRCC has a specific genetic affiliation with the Fumarate Hydratase gene requiring all patients diagnosed with OPRCC to undergo genetic testing. There isn't any agreement for the treatment of OPRCC due to the rarity of the disease; however, a radical nephrectomy poses as a possible modality. Therefore, we present the rare case of an 11-year-old female found to have OPRCC. |
