Title: The anti-stress retreat : a design of an retreat to help people cope with everday’s hardships

Abstract: 
The aim of my project is to design a place for mental health and wellbeing by providing preventative care for individuals 18 years and older (till 65 years), promoting wellbeing within the community, coping to daily stress and realizing their own potentials. The situation of the project was picked in Chbeniye next to Hamlin Retirement centre in order to interact with the youth, adults and seniors’ altogether and benefit from the high altitude and calming scenery in the middle of nature. The project is designed to attract every individual who’s having family, work, financial, academic issues by providing them social activities, group therapy, recreational therapy, seminars, life coaching, etc.
