Abstract: 
The purpose of this project is to model, analyze and design a reinforced concrete structure with a shear wall design. The structure is comprised of a residential building. The structure is designed to resist earthquake lateral loads by transferring it to vertical shear walls. In this document, the resulting design stages will be presented:  Pre-dimensioning of all structural elements  Design and detailing of all slabs, beams, walls.  Modeling of the structure  Seismic design of the structure  Design of foundations.
