Air Conditioning system aim to provide comfort for people by supplying cooled air at a good temperature, humidity ratio and distribute it in a good manner. Ventilation is extracting air from closed places where bad smell take place. Plumbing and especially water distribution must be supplied in a good way where people can use it without any complaints. This project consists of a Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) cooling system, where an outdoor compressor is used to supply refrigerant to the fan coil units through copper pipes taking into consideration the cooling data extracted from ASHRAE handbook and the load calculated. Extraction is also present to extract bad smell from toilets and throw it outside the building through fan located in the shaft on the roof. Heating system is used to provide heat during cold days, where a boiler is located in the mechanical room in the basement and providing hot water to the radiators located in each room. Cold water is distributed by a downfeed system from a tank located on the roof using a booster and pipes are sized according to national plumbing standards. Hot water is supplied via electric water heater located on the attic of each bathroom.en_US
