The report covers all the learning, experiences design and calculation in this building. The building profile differs in the type of use. Where the ground floor contains a restaurant, the first floor a hotel, the last floor an office and the roof a gym and a pool. The mechanical systems in these three flours are different in design and calculation. The National Plumbing Code is used for the plumbing system. The water supply system is a down feed system. The ASHAE standards are used for the HVAC in this building.
