dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to study the role of accreditation and the scoring system applied in North Lebanon hospitals from the perspective of the patients. This study is a deductive in nature and based on Trochim and Donnelly Positivism theory. In addition, the objective of the following research is to analyze the relationship between many variables. The researcher selected a random sample population of the patients of the hospitals. A questionnaire method was used with the Likert scales. The results then were collected and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software. The research had original contribution to knowledge. Several suggestions were offered by the researchers in highlight of the results with a target to enhance the quality of the hospitals and ensure its sustainability within the Lebanese competitive hospitals.en_US
