dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to study the role of Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD) in highlighting the importance of having complaints management system in each healthcare organization that is regulated through policies and procedures stated by the authority. The study involved 101 participants from X hospital. The data is interpreted in SPSS showing Analysis of variance and Correlation analysis.
