Abstract: 
The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of the ''Teach For Lebanon'' model from the perspective of the Alumni of the program. This study is a deductive in nature and based on Trochim and Donnelly Positivism theory. In addition, the objective of the following research is to analyze the relationship between many variables such as, community, staff, training and benefits with the overall effectiveness and the relationship of other variables such as partnerships, teach for all, growth in scale and alumni engagement on the sustainability of the model. The researchers selected the full population of the alumni of the program as they have a deep understanding of the program through their two years experience. An online questionnaire method was used with the Likert scales. The full population is 19 Alumi, a total of 17 questionnaires were collected which is the total population as two of the researchers are also Teach For Lebanon Alumni and have decided to exclude themselves. The results then were collected and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software and correlation was . The research had original contribution to knowledge. The results indicated that alumni perceived that their experience was generally effective in relation with the community, the staff and the benefits received however they have agreed that training must be improved. Furthermore, the analysis showed that the sustainability of the program is positively related with the partnerships established, the teach for all relation, the growth in scale and the alumni engagement. Several suggestions were offered by the researchers in highlight of the results with a target to enhance the effectiveness of the model and ensure its sustainability within the Lebanese context. This research has initiated a long list of potential future researches that would be useful for the Teach For Lebanon organization and for other non-governmental organizations.
