dc.description.abstractThe last fifty years faced urgent attentions from companies to find new ways to survive among competitions, where corporate social responsibility has been increasing rapidly in its importance for all types of corporations who considered investing in their countries. It can be explained as a voluntary act of a company investing in social responsibility. CSR help breaking boundaries between business rigid functions and the hostile society affected by business acts, and help understand the effectiveness of CSR in a wider understanding about the circle of stakeholders. Further our research project consist of many definitions and types of CSR that will be explained to help understand why companies are implementing CSR, to clarify the various misunderstanding of the CSR concept and its objectives, through the research CSR would be shown in the eyes in Sanita staff who will help better understand the adaption of Sanita for CSR, taking into consideration employees and consumers in several cities as well. The evolutionary nature of CSR differ regarding the organization and companies. It is important to know how people think since the concept of CSR is not very historical and some people even do not know about it yet, or about its real contents, the view of people opinions and their belief and their knowledge would help to know what best for the company and what could be done in the future to help developing the concept of CSR. And not only people, employees who are the essence of company, to what extent they believe in CSR, and finally how they transmit their belief to their consumers.en_US
