A new cohort, millennials, is entering the workplace to have for the first time, four present working generations in the workforce. Intergenerational conflicts arise and organizations are trying to find solutions. Comparison between present generations proved that generation Y is the least engaged group of people. Engagement of millennials is a new topic of research in the context of Lebanon. The researcher has set a qualitative approach to study and evaluate the level of engagement and factors influencing millennials’ involvement. The process of data collection was based on focus group interviews followed by a thematic analysis. The findings were similar to the literature in big percentage but this did not prevent the researcher of determining few differences. The Lebanese context and the economic difficulties facing the population are the factors generating the differences between literature and actual findings.en_US
