Decision analysis is the discipline that helps making a decision under conditions of uncertainties, and it is the only logical way to incorporate uncertainties into analysis. The project studies and analyzes the performance of several alternatives in the domain of "Power Efficiency and Consumption Cost" while using decision analysis techniques to get credible decisions. These alternatives will be evaluated under major conditions, known as criteria, which are the major factors in any industrial establishment. It is very important to find a way to reduce the cost of power consumption in order to increase the profit. For this purpose, these alternatives need to be identified before choosing the most suitable one for the projects goal, desire and value. The thesis's uniqueness lies in the difficult parameters of the analysis which are done to find a solution that fits the objective of "Power Efficiency and Consumption Cost". Lebanon is facing a dreadful electricity problem on many levels, which greatly affects various Lebanese industries. This project is going to deal with a specific industry called "AL AMAN". All the information has been gathered through questioning representatives of many similar industries to "AL AMAN". In order to provide "AL AMAN" with the best choice for power source, the collected data will be applied in two major decision making analysis techniques: "Analytical Hierarchy Process" and "PROMETHEE".en_US
