dc.description.abstract | This project will discuss all details and elements concerning the facility management services, discussing its significance to our project and the key role and position it has held worldwide and the in the UAE in particular. We will organize, and build a profile and plan for a facility management company known as Build to Last, needed to powerfully enter the market of the UAE. It is a market which has encountered a massive growth and offers laws and regulations that fit our agenda. All projects face the possibility of imposing threats and to overcome the devastating outcomes that could cause unwanted delay and even the disruption of the whole project contingency plans must be set. Risks must be defined and forecasted clearly and the most effective processes set in order to avoid them. In this project, we grasped a sense of planning, organizing, leading, decision making and controlling of elements and resources to achieve our goals effectively and efficiently to accompany the penetration of Build to Last into a new market. Priorities were set, limitation and exclusion discussed and keys to success were built. Strength, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats of the company are highlighted. In this project we accepted a challenge and a responsibility to cover all aspects that will lead to the fulfillment of our goal. | en_US |
