This project offers a study concerning a life cycle cost model for sustainable renewable photovoltaic energy for urban municipalities. A PV solar structure has been considered keeping in sight the necessary domestic load and power radiation obtainable from the sun. The entire system for the sizing of the PV structure has been offered to establish the necessary PV power rating, battery storage space capability, size of charge controller and inverter to accomplish the mandatory load. The feasibility assessment via a life cycle cost model of the whole system has been carried out. All the life cycle features relating to the manufacturing, purchasing, installation and operation of a PV system are considered. The outcome demonstrate that price of electricity created using a PV structure is inferior than the price charged in case of conventional electric supply to the urban districts. It is presumed that PV power is in fact a feasible innovation for the electrification of residential households in urban municipalities.en_US
