Title: Multi-frequencies random access protocols
Authors: Abdallah, Bruno

Subjects: Wireless communication systems
Frequency division multiple access
Issue Date: 2017
Abstract:
This project will study the effect of applying the architecture of multiple frequencies communication on different access protocols such as pure ALOHA, slotted ALOHA and CSMA. After analyzing each protocol, we present the throughput/ delay versus the offered traffic and the delay versus throughput and the effect of changing the number of channel frequencies and packet length on both throughput and delay in a sequence of plots. After comparing the results one access protocol will distinguish itself as the optimal choice for multiple frequencies communication.
