Automated machines are very significant in several area of manufacturing. In this project, we will design, analyze and produce a prototype of a machine that can collect in a bowl the ingredients of a cake and mix them at the end of the cycle using a blender. The objective is to optimize the cost of production by simplifying the design and using suitable material in order to decrease the price of maintenance. It was essential to use components with a simple geometrical shape that can be manufactured easily, or can be bought from any industrial market. The majority of parts can be changed easily without major disruption if damaged or needed to be replaced. The machine is controlled by PLC DELTA DVP-12SA2 with 2 extensions. The first is a digital extension DVP-16SP with 8 input and 8 outputs and an analog extension DVP06AD with 6 analog inputs. The electrical panel contains Finder relays, Mitsubishi contactors, a 24/220V transformes and the mentioned PLC.en_US
