dc.description.abstractSince everything nowadays is aiming for green. Since Lebanon is still in the dark ages. Since Lebanon always is having problems with power. The available devices are ACs that are power huggers and requires lot of maintenance with time. From this an idea saw the light, an idea to create a device that will help people economies condition. This device is called "Peltier". Peltier is a small device that has huge potential. This device will allow everyone to have access for conditioning. This small device is characterized by its small consumption of current, greener and cheaper from the ordinary conditioner. This study will show the potential of this device, and its ability to cool and heat in different seasons.en_US
