This idea was implemented by using a laptop, a GSM modem, and an encryption/decryption program. Visual Basic was chosen to write this program that is used to control message transactions from a laptop. The laptop was connected to the GSM modem via serial interface, and the GSM modem was connected to the mobile operator using a SIM card. This project allows text messages exchange between the GSM modem and any device provided with a SIM card. |
