This report describes the manufacturing process of crucial types of pipes using in the world namely Fiberglass pipes and Plastic pipes. In addition, the report includes full description of joining system of the Fiberglass pipes. Automation and electrical design of three manufacturing machines is the main objective of this project. The first machine is used for the fabrication of Fiberglass pipes and it is called Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) pipe machine. The second machine is responsible for fabrication of Rubber Ring which is a part of the joining system of two Fiberglass pipes. The third machine is used for the fabrication of Polyethylene (PE) pipe and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) pipe, two types of plastic pipe. The three machines are modeled, automated, and simulated using Automation Studio, an innovative system design and simulation software.en_US
