This report presents a fully automated labeling machine system that places labels on different kind of bottles. Our project was to build a new, advanced, and automatic labeling machine that accepts different size of bottles. The design involved studying the mechanism, choosing the components, assisting mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, writing the code for the controller system which is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and designing a Human Machine Interface (HMI) that interfaces with the PLC and a feedback system for preventing errors.
