Abstract: 
Hollow core slab production is a new concept introduced to the construction market in Lebanon. This new technique has improved the quality, cost and time management in the construction industry. This project analyzes the production of precast hollow core slabs. Two models are developed: the first is deterministic and the second is stochastic. The deterministic model is based on a General Production Model, while the stochastic model is done using Micro cyclone simulation language developed by D.W. Halpin. The deterministic and stochastic models are applied to one of the major factory, MegaPrefab.MegaPrefab is one of the leading Lebanese firms that design, produce, and install precast hollow core slabs. The production plant located in Batroun in North Lebanon has a surface of40,000 m2 .Data is collected from the production plant, then the analysis of each model is done, and solution areprovided. This project is a benchmark in the modeling and analysis of precast hollow core slabs production in Lebanon.
