dc.description.abstract | This report deals with the study of the mitigation of a construction project using Primavera P6. The project is Mar Boutros 41 Located in Mount Lebanon. The architectural and structural drawings were accomplished and given to us to study the cost estimation of the project. We estimated its cost and modeled the project on Primavera P6. The project is now under construction and we updated some activities. The programs used to accomplish this project were Primavera P6, AutoCAD 2015 and some Excel Sheets that we made. It includes Quantity Takeoff, Cost Estimation, Activities Descriptions, Rates of Productivities, Duration and Relationships, Primavera Schedule, Schedule Update and Mitigation Measures. | en_US |
