Our project is a seismic design of a five stories residential building. It includes one way ribbed slab, one way solid slab, two ways solid slabs, shear walls, dropped beams, concealed beams and dynamic analysis. Many codes are used in our project like ASCE, UBC and ACI. ACSE is used to calculate the loads (dead and live), UBC is used to understand how the seismic design is established and ACI which help us on our design. To model the design we use ETABS, and we use safe for the design of the foundations.en_US
